Prescription Renewal Policy
For prescription renewals, please follow these steps:
- First, check with your pharmacy to see if you have
any existing refills available. - If you have no refills, you can either:
- Ask your pharmacist to fax a renewal request to
our clinic at (306) 559-2021. - Or, call our clinic to book an appointment with your physician for the renewal.

requests to be processed.
Test Results Policy
Our staff will contact you to book a follow-up appointment for any abnormal test results that require discussion.
We do not provide results over the phone to ensure
confidentiality and proper communication.
